I went in with five items to dry clean and to get a quote. I told the lady that I wanted to get a quote as its been a very long time since I've dry cleaned anything and I wanted to shop around. She laughed under her breath when I told her I was going to check the prices elsewhere before committing. I'm glad I did! Le Chateau cleaners which is two minutes drive down the street was $50 cheaper!! Save your time and money and don't go here.

I've been coming to this store for more than 5 years. I bring them my favourite blouses and jeans and duvets.. everything I want to well maintain for a longer time. They're very honest about what they can and can't do. They may charge you some extra when they find some factors that need additional care, but the results you get worth every penny Plus, Suzy and Dennis, (the owners) are super nice:)

I have been getting my clothes cleaned at this store for years now, and I’ve always been satisfied with their service. Dennis & Suzy earned my business because they put a lot of attention to detail, and my shirts always come out fresh like new.

Tried to charge us $8.99 for a simple shirt wash that would have cost us $2 anywhere else because they said it was Hugo Boss, so apparently it needed "special treatment". We went back a few weeks later with the same shirt, tag taken off, and sure enough they only charged us $3. Don't take your clothes here unless you can't go anywhere else.

Poor customer interaction and crazy over pricing . 45.00 to clean a duvet that just needed freshening up? Wow!
