Located in Burnaby, across from Metrotown Mall, we are a sales and support office with a cubicle setup. Maybe 50 cubicles and current 20 employees. We have minimal customer traffic. I have been with the company for several years and we have always been happy with K&D's janitorial services, who have been serving us since 2007. Regardless who cleans out suite, they always do a consistent great job. They are responsible for garbage, recycling and vacuuming when necessary. They visit our suite weekly just to ask how it's going and how their services are doing for us, which is a very nice touch.

We are a busy Physiotherapy clinic in Burnaby with over 6000 square feet of office. K&D has taken care of the maintenance in our office for 9 years now and they have always done a great job. The owners themselves come in to make sure we are happy and everything is been done properly. We have held a contract with K&D Building Maintenance since 2015 and have been very impressed with the excellent work they have done for us. Yanni is very personable and is always wanting to ensure they have done the best work possible. His follow ups are regular and he always completes what he says he will in a timely fashion. Our clinic is always very well serviced by K&D and because of that, we highly recommend them.
