I had a tire on my boat trailer blow on the highway. I was by the town of Erskine which is 15 minutes away from Stettler. Ian from Ok Tire was here within 20 minutes and repaired it quickly and professionally. He was very efficient and knew I had to get going so he not only got it fixed quickly but let me go to my appointment while he stayed back and cleaned everything up. I tried to give him a tip and he politely refused. I will be using them again. Great customer service!!!!

Got my winter tires put on, paid $147 for mount and balance. Drove 2 hours home, during my drive home felt a lot of vibration since I dont live near an o.k tire I brought my vehicle into a different tire shop only to find out they did not balance my tires at all.

Booked my wife's car in to get her winter tires put on, was told I could drop it off the night before so we did. Left the car all day, called to check on it was told it was done so we drove 40 mins to pick it up and it wasn't done. In fact it hadn't even been looked at. Pretty un happy, picked her car up and am taking it somewhere else.
