Friendly accommodating staff Clean rooms Window did not lock shut

Worst HOTEL EVER! We booked two rooms for two nights. Job ended early so left after first night (a little late around noon) and the hotel charged my credit card for two nights for BOTH rooms! And there was a miscellaneous charge on my visa for ANOTHER $208!! No one at the office will help me figure out why. Rude. Unprofessional. Would never stay here again.

The owners have done some work upgrading the rooms. They are nice double rooms, nothing fancy but clean and homey. The bathrooms need to be upgraded as well but they were clean and presentable. Having said that I always have trouble sleeping in hotel beds. I found the bed to uncomfortable, one pillow was too hard and the other too soft.

Absolutely awful experience! Arrived to find hair all over my bed, also a larger plunger by my toilet. Bedding was changed, hotel was full so no room to move to. Over the 2 nights we had to use the plunger many times. I complained to the desk staff who said they knew there was plumbing problems in that room and the manager had done nothing about it. I asked them to please leave a message for him to call me regarding my stay. No call, I tried 5 times to get a hold of him-he was always unavailable! I contacted Wyndham who gave me some loyalty points for my trouble...never did hear from the Motel itself. Steer clear of this property!!!! Disgusting!!!!

It's a very good thing that the desk staff have good attitudes and a great sense of humor because it was abundantly clear that they had very little idea what they were doing. Perhaps a new owner? With all new staff? Housekeeping arrived well before checkout to see if we had checked out (systems! ) while building maintenance happily sprayed chemical and power washed around the car. Never did find out why all the housekeeping staff suddenly decided they needed masks😆
