What a great service! So relaxed, polite, efficient, and informative. Our food came out fast, hot, and well presented. The fire grilled chicken and my steak had so much flavour. Vegetables were perfectly grilled as well. The cheese cake was top shelf! We had to order a half cake to take home. They mixed and matched five flavours for us. So full, very satisfied, and the sweet tooth is more than satiated. Covid protocols in effect. Our server was constantly washing his hands with soap and water between contact points. Very impressive. Perfect evening out. Thanks

My Families favourite place to dine. The have been very careful with Covid protocols and have a great letter to customers which explain all the improvements and safety measures in place for public safety and an improved dining experience. As far as I know, this is the last Cheesecake Cafe operating and it truly deserves to have line ups around the block. Great atmosphere, caring staff and scrumptious food.

I would just like to share my strong appreciation for this establishment and their staff with the protocols due to Covid 19. I work in the inner city and due to covid 19 I do not go out much after my day for my safety and safety of others. My mother came up to visit and wanted to use a gift card as our Cheese Cake Cafe closed its doors. Long story short when we arrived we were greeted with hand sanitiser at the door, on way to our booth, we notice very good distancing between others and that the staff all had visors or masks on. We were pleasantly surprised to have the feeling o the wet sensation of cleaner on our bottoms and our elbows due to knowing they recently sprayed the seats and table. The staff was awesome for navigating this weird world we are all living in. This Cheese Cake Cafe sure new how to make you feel safe, welcome, cared for and appreciated not only for us but for themselves too. That's not the best part, the food was TERRIFIC "the french onion soup OMG", so thank you, thank you and thank you for making my mother and I feel welcome and safe. WE WILL BE BACK and supporting this ESTABLISHMENT. VERY MUCH RESPECT TO ALL THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT HERE!!!

Brande went above and beyond and made my day! It's my Dad's birthday today and I'm in another province so I wanted to skip him a cake. She not only wrote on it for me, included a sparkler but text me a photo of the finished product. Thank you so much Brande this is amazing customer service and you made me and my Dad feel very special on this important day! You are awesome!
