Starbucks

Good coffee, made to custom orders is the brand, worth the price to many. But the one across from the hospital where I work closes mobile orders before shift change when we need it. The lost art of customer service would dictate that a business would amp up to serve they're most frequent and loyal clientele. Disappointing Starbucks. For that I subtract a star.

It took nearly 40 minutes to get through the drive through. I assumed that they were just understaffed, but when I got to the window, I saw that there were 3 staff members just standing around, while there's 15 cars waiting in the drive through.

Sign says open till 7pm, I should be able to get a drink at 6:50pm, McDonald's doesn't close at 10:50pm when the sign says 11pm??

i’m a regular at this starbucks location and could not be happier about it. the staff is amazing, the environment is great and the drinks are always made unbelievably well. a few baristas know me by name and order and always seem happy to see me. i’ve never had a bad experience here. my only complaint would be the prices; they’re definitely high. otherwise, 10/10.

This is the good Starbucks in town. Consistently faster and has a way more functional drive thru.
