McDonald's

Everytime I go here seems like there is additude from the drive-thru staff.

Ordered just before 4pm. LG coffee dbl dbl, 2 double cheese and a junior chicken. Anyone who ever worked at a McDonald's knows very easy and quick order. I pull up I pay I get the second window and asked to move ahead and wait for my order. I even inquired are you sure. The women said yes and she would bring it right out over 15 minutes goes by and ppl around me are getting orders (the wrong orders) vehicle coming after me are getting orders... so I inquire to the gentleman running food out. Who informs me its due to a crew change... (its McDonald's your not doing 12 on 12off why would everyone be shifting at the same time) none the less the poor fellow runs in makes my order because he has no idea why I was even asked to wait or where my order is. Makes it brings it out.. and sadly and not at fault to him. Its all cold. Burgers stale and cold. The chicken had no heat in it... may as well of shut the warmers off. Not impressed McDonald's not impressed. But good job to the young fellow that tried to right the wrong.

This is for Shay, if a customer is standing at the pick up zone waiting, perhaps you should ask them if they need anything. But I guess making eye contact half a dozen times and then greeting your friends is more important. Fyi if you need napkins bring your own.

Missing poutine, fries are not fresh and the burgers are cold. Honestly this location messes up ever order our family gets. I know its a large order but it shouldn't be that hard. Double check the orders. No quality control? You go to McDonald's for consistency and you know what you should get. Here I get nothing but regret and disappointment.

Bring your own disinfectant wipes to this store. There are ZERO cleaning protocols. I even asked for cleaning supplies to clean our table, she told me someone would clean it, brushing me off I felt. Just about every table was dirty.
