Not bad working conditions in the field, but if you are an employee there are issues on the accounting side. There are no breakdowns of the number of days worked, # of kilometers and days driven. FYI - Alberta Labour stands only allows you to go after a company within 6 months, so I am out of luck with any recourse against them. Mr Brod is a good guy to work for but unfortunately his ex wife runs the accounting of the business. She really needs to pick up her game. This company from all indications has never even ever issued a T - 2200 to any of their naive employees allowing them to lose thousands of dollars to the CRA every year by not submitting any truck expenses? If you just want a job and a regular deposit with no transparency on what you have earned this is the employer for you.
