Most corrupt organization is all of the Alberta provincial government. The Justice's will not help you. If you want help, you need to help yourself and take matters into your own hands.

For our EICC, Justice Toploniski VTC'd in from here living room. There was no clerk or moderator, and the entire conference was a mess. Instead of creating Judicial efficiencies, she push for the longest and most costly legal process possible, literally delaying our Trial date over a year, and further destroyed my daughter's life and fragmenting my family.

I only put one star to gain the attention of the powers at be. The court system country wide is backed up and there will most likely be a second wave of Covid. What does the future of our legal system look like? To stop the backlog, how can we leverage technology such as Zoom or other video conference providers to move our legal system into the future? Does it need to start with the Supreme Court of Canada? Or can it start in Alberta and we be the leader for our country. Regardless we know that action needs to happen now. Our justice and legal system is collapsing, and there needs to be better options moving into the future. Whether it is Covid now, or something in the future, change needs to happen, why not now than later? Chief Justice Catherine A. Fraser is an incredible leader looking at her accomplishments. If anyone can make this shift into the future, it would be her.

The most thrillingly nonsensical, infantile, unaware, impulsive, arbitrary, guilty without given a moment to prove innocence or speak for it! Also guilty without awareness of any proceeding and allegation of me. Unlawful detainment and incarceration. Violation of constitutional rights and freedoms. Creation of an arbitrary criminal code; violating further constitutional rights. After time in a gang unit, judge realeases me by not letting letting me speak and entering a plea for me of "ignorance of the law" (which is actually not a legal and valid defence). Just a smashing experience and very high quality of life and liberty! So enriching experiencing hicksville's cultural conceptions. I can't wait to do it all over again and actually proceed AGAINST the province.
