I've made two purchases here now in the last year and I have to say I cannot be more impressed. The prices here are fantastic for what you get, and that is the same or better quality than you would at other stores for way less. I've sent all of my friends and family here and they all have the same awesome experience, even finding the exact same furniture being sold elsewhere for hundreds less. The friendly staff will help you find what you are looking for. Thumbs up from me!

I had never been here before! One of my friends recommended me this place. I was passing through 23rd Ave so many time but I never know this place is so huge. So I bought a dining table and sofa from here. I notice some things staff is very good they give you your space and not be too pushy I love the furniture quality at a reasonable price. I will come back for sure .

Due to covid it was back ordered but was willing to wait for the Bellini sofa bed to come in. I wanted to thank Ken the supervisor and all his staff for treating my family and I no pressure and awesome attitudes and with a call as soon as it arrived...we love this couch!!!! thank you and will defiantly pass on the true customer service they all have done and Ken has gone above and beyond to make my experience with ifurniture a truly easy and lovely experience. The owner should be proud

If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service is awful. They do NOT take criticism well and do not take care of unhappy customers. Just take a look at all their responses on all the negative reviews and see for yourself. They only defend themselves and do NOT go by customer is always right even when they are at fault. They are completely unprofessional with their responses. We bought a real leather couch from them and spent over a few thousand dollars, at the warehouse the workers cut open 2 holes in the packaging to show what colour it was (they shouldn't have to do that and should know what product they are giving to customers) knowing full well we had a 5 hour drive home. Our couch was ruined on the drive as we got caught in a sudden thunderstorm. If they hadnt cut open those holes, the rain wouldn't have seeped in so easily. They replied that they are not at fault and they have no responsibility for their product as soon as it leaves the warehouse doors. They DO NOT stand by their product and don't ensure the packaging will protect the product for the transport home. They did not even offer to tape it back up after they ripped open the holes. I would not recommend this place to family ,friends or stangers.
