** BEWARE CUSTOMERS ** " HORRIBLE service and timelines " Please think twice before ordering anything from here and especially "don't fall for their false promises". Let me share my experience. We placed our order in August for dining table for our new house. We were promised it'd be delivered in 3-4 weeks. I knew it might get delayed 1-2 weeks further, which I even mentioned. But we were assured of the timeline and made some plans too. But it's December now and no signs of our order. When we contacted them we were told the chairs are ready and can be delivered. What will we do with the chairs alone. It's shocking how easily they break customer's trust and their promise. I had planned to buy lot more furniture for our new home, but not going back there again. Only buy from here if you're ready to wait for 4-6months and bear the Stress.

Went to Ashley’s furniture to look for a love seat. Morgan ended up being our sales person and she did an exceptional job getting us the information required to make a decision. We left the store with a new love seat at a great price.

I was dealing with Mohamed as my sales rep to purchase a couch. Very professional and attentive, knowledgeable. I was told that the delivery would be approximately 8 weeks. I received my couch in 6 weeks. White glove delivery was everything and more. Worth paying the extra money for this service. My experience was top notch. Thanks to Mohamed for making my purchase a pleasant one.
