Just got my furniture delivered. Ordered a bed frame and drawer chest. So far here's a breakdown of y experience. STORE Reps in store are very friendly and helpful. Showcasing of furniture is really well done as well. Can really see how specific pieces can come together. Since the item I wanted was out of stock I was sent to order it online. ONLINE STORE It took me about 30 minutes of refreshing and retrying to order 2 pieces of furniture I wanted. The fields in credit card info kept disappearing and the whole page glitched out making me fill out everything again. And with crossed fingers, after try #8 (or so) it the order went through and I got a confirmation that I might receive my furniture in about 1.5 months. I was warned by the timeline in the store so that didn't surprise me. I love the design and was willing to wait. DELIVERY The delivery occurred about a 5 days after I got a notification that my furniture has been shipped. I got a text message confirming my availability. The furniture was delivered during the promised time. I can appreciate deliveries that happen as requested. It's not that common in the industry. THE NEGATIVE According to delivery guys, it is the store policy that they CANNOT deliver anything past 2-3 steps into the house. So now I have a bunch of huge boxes by my front door that I have no way of getting to my bedroom. P.S. Will add to this review after assembly.

Some neat pieces but I think you get what you pay for. Compare the quality before purchasing to make sure it will stand the test of time. Found some of the seating to not be too comfortable. But again, some fun items.

Shipping date kept getting pushed back until we finally received our products over four months after ordering. Upon inspection and assembly, the RENO table has large crack running though the center along with visible dents in a number of spots across the surface due to improper shipping and handling. 2/4 of the chairs we ordered were missing parts key to assembly, and the third chair does not assemble as per the instructions, screws do not fit into place. Finally, the bench we ordered has a bent leg which causes it to not be level and wobble. We contacted structube IMMEDIATELY through the designated avenues. After weeks of not getting any responses we started calling only to be put on hold for hours or to be hung up on. And get this, they want me to pay for a return shipping fee and somehow disassemble and load up the multiple broken products. Disgraceful customer service, quality of products is abysmal, to this date we are still waiting to hear back from customer relations. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Structube if you reply to this review, referring me to your returns/warranty link is useless, we have been sending multiple complaints through this avenue without any response.

I wish the desk didnt start peeling on the edges and the drawers opened properly. Barely used it and it peeled on the desktop edges. Put it together, tried to fix a few times, but the drawers don't open properly. 2 stars for it being a bare minimum desk for too much money.

I purchased a sectional from this store. One month into owning it, the back of it snapped in half during normal usage due to a manufacturing defect. Since November (it is now August) I have been caught in a frustrating pattern of me reaching out to the store via phone and email, them promising to contact me by a certain date to discuss warranty, failing to do so, and then completely ignoring my attempts to follow up. I am horrified by the customer service I have received from this store and by the quality of the product that I was sold. If you're in the market for a couch, I would recommend spending a bit more money to buy from a more reputable seller.
