Great experience shopping here. Quality furniture, and the staff are extremely helpful, insightful, and polite. Special shout out to Mary Jayne and Michael who really went above and beyond, even stayed 30 minutes past closing to help me find the perfect items for my space. Refreshing to see this high level of customer service.

Company guarantee on arrival dates but expect to wait 1-2 months longer. Then when contacting the customer care team, absolutely no effort to repair the customer relationship. Be careful when shopping here, seems like your typical chain store driven by money, unwilling to take ownership of error.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I find that visiting the store is a pleasure. Will keep shopping there.
