The Brick

Went to another brick location a few years back and was terribly terribly disappointed. Swore I would never came back. Went back with my boyfriend a while again ( begrudgingly on my part ) and had a completely excellent experience due to our sales person. Now I will be honest my boyfriend bought the furniture but he's stubborn and not the kind to post reviews. (I'm not either as I hate spreading negativity, I'm the kind of gal that wont complain at a restaurant just eat and leave.) Our sales person David was a star in our adventure of buying new appliances. He was quick to help us and very thorough. He knew the ins and the outs of what we wanted and was willing to do the best he could to get us what was good quality at the best price. Whatever they are paying him is clearly not enough as we went into a different brick location to browse a few weeks earlier and couldn't get help if we threw our bank card at a sales person. Yet at this location of all places we were blessed to get a sales person that actually gave a dang. I was surprised by his name tag that he wasn't the manager, but I guess now a days managers are to busy hiding in the back , those days are long gone. The experience and prices we got from David were a blessing in this pandemic. Please pass along our praise to him and lest give him a pat on the back, he will be our go to guy for our future home appliance renovation needs.

Products they offer - fair to good condition. Delivery drivers - 5 star guys truly. Service they offer - 0 stars. Assistance they offer - none. Getting a hold of someone after they have your money - don't count on it. Service over the phone to avoid driving all the way in to the store - none existent. Getting product delivered on time - sure if the time specified is 3-4 weeks over the original date.

Went shopping for a couch during the Black Friday sale at the brick in the south common after Best Buy cancelled my order. Was met at the door by Ather who assisted me in finding a couch for exactly what I needed. Very nice and educational. The couch was on back order but gave me his personal phone number to stay in touch about the couch. I called him to see if it had came in and three days later we had set a date for delivery. Very pleased with the brick and Arther service. He comes an hour just to assist customers because he truly loves what he does.

Truly one of my best experiences by far. The item is well made and checked all the right boxes. Pricing was very fair and quality exceed my expectations frankly.
