Cottswood Interiors

We bought a American Leather sectional and couch from Cottswood in 2018 after working with there interior design team (Catherine I believe). We had some issues that Cottswood Service worked with us to resolve (essentially a new set). Service was great to work with if you work with them. 5 stars out to Rafael. That being said, we are not overally pleased with the way this American Leather set is aging....starting to sag after a year. It's a regret purchase from us, but we would shop Cottswood again.

The service and selection at Cottswood has provided our Interior Design Firm is bar none and they are our favourite retailer for our full service clients

We had a Thomasville chair purchased 9 years ago where the spring clips broke. Apparently the manufacturer had a recall or warranty fix on those parts before they went out of business but we were not aware. Called Cottswood service to see what could be done and they picked up the chair, fixed the defective parts & delivered the chair back all within a couple of days at NO CHARGE!! Absolutely thankful & impressed with the GREAT service. No questions asked. Have shopped here numerous times over the years due to their quality & varied product. Obviously just one more reason why I shall return. Thank you!!
