Thanks guys! Quick! Easy! no fuss! The Brick has always been my go to for nice good quality furniture and customer service. I’m sad to see other reviews say the problems they have had in exchanges or returns. At no time have I had a bad experience with your company. My entire home for the past 25 years has been The Brick furniture in every room. I purchased 3 things this year, 2 recliners and a lamp for a room we are hoping to spend a lot of time in. I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery time was not a long wait. My items are exactly what I wanted, the delivery guys are great and most helpful. They unpacked and set up the chairs without me asking. I will always as long as the Brick is around but my household furniture from. Brandon from the West Edmonton store was very helpful with how things are working with delivery and pandemic recommendations. So thank you for making my time during this crazy moment in our history a lot more comfortable!! Keep safe!

Firstly I'd like to say I had nothing but a positive experience with our sales rep, but that is far as a good experience goes. They did deliver on time, but when it came time to have the installation of our new TV, the whole experience went south. We had choose an evening installation because we both worked during the day. I got a call at 1 in the afternoon asking where I was, I said work because I scheduled for that evening. I was then told I didn't get that message, so get it installed now or reschedule. I called the coordinator to see where the mistake happened and she could see that I did schedule it correctly on my end and wasn't sure how this error was made. I said I could arrange to have someone home by 3, and she said that would work. I then got another call from installation who said again no it was now or reschedule. After calling back again I received an email stating that in order to get an evening delivery as requested we would have to wait another 2 weeks. I admit I lost my temper after calling for a 3rd time and eventually hung up on the woman after using 1 f bomb. My husband had better luck speaking with her. She said she found someone who would install 2 days from then, we agreed and made arrangements to be home, and they never showed, and made no effort to contact us. The next day we phone the brick and they (paraphrasing) we are sorry you didn't get what you paid for but we cant/wont do anything about it. We returned everything and will never shop for anything that requires their assistance for proper installation again. We went to best buy and spent a couple hundred more, but got a better tv, and all around better service. Once again our sales rep was great and considering it is on commission I would have thought the company would have tried harder to keep the sale.

We were lied to when buying furniture at this store. We purchased a bedroom set, and we were told that it would be delivered by a certain date. We bought it based on this. After taking our money, we were told that parts of the bedroom set could not be delivered, and we would have to wait further. We wanted to return the bedroom set, however, they would not accept our return since parts of the bedroom set was delivered to our home. We gave them multiple changes to correct this, however, they would not take back the bedroom set or give us a partial credit. I recommend to not shop at this store. They want your money only. The management show no empathy. Again, do not shop at this store, take your money / business else where. Take care everyone, Rid,

We had this huge order with so much confusion. Had wrong plus defective items delivered couple times. We had a great experience with shabby in sales. But just the after services for stock was very annoying. Still haven't received our dining set (the base came like a month ago but rest wasn't in stock?). Ishleen from customer service was very helpful too with our invoices and getting things sorted out. Her and shabby provided great customer service.
