We have had a great experience finding our home furniture at Finesse. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and our sales rep Sherri was exceptional at helping us find exactly what we were looking for with the right options. They held our orders and delivered on time. Communication during the delivery process was on point and the delivery staff did an excellent job of handling and placing the furniture. We will gladly return for our future furniture needs.
Our sales lady Sherri was professional, yet warm and accommodating. Exchanged a piece for us with no issue once we got it home and realized it was just too big. The delivery boys were friendly and helpful.
All around it was a lovely place to shop and we would definitely go back for our next purchase.

I have bought multiple Furniture items from finesse on multiple occasions. A Sectional, love seat and recliner. Couldn’t find it for cheaper, and believe me I shopped around. Salesperson “Sherri” is excellent and will answer her texts at all hours, and the delivery people were careful and polite. Would shop here again!

Excellent customer service! We went into finesse to purchase new bedroom furniture. Sherri helped us from start to finish and was very knowledgeable! She followed up with us regarding the delivery multiple times and once the setup was completed she contacted me to ensure we were satisfied with the delivery experience and the product.
