Sofa Land

We stopped in to Sofa Land after going to several other stores that day. It was actually last on our list just based on distance from where we live. Right as we walked in we could tell it was going to be a different experience. Everyone greeted us, and was very welcoming. We ended up dealing with Bruce Benson and he was great! He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and gave us room to breath and chat. Right away I had a great feeling. He asked us questions that made me feel like he actually cared and wanted us to not only enjoy the experience, but find exactly what we were looking for. Needless to say, we did and are in love with our new couch! It should not be so easy to spend money! But it was and we thank him for the great experience and making it stress & anxiety free. I totally recommend asking for Bruce and we will be back, regardless of the drive! Thanks Bruce!!

I went into the store looking for a sectional couch. I like the fact that the staff don't bombard you as soon as you get in the door. The staff give you time to browse the store and then briefly introduce themselves, answer any questions you have and allow you to continue browsing without following you around/ pressuring you into buying things. The store has a excellent selection of couches and sectionals on display. Barbara was wonderful to deal, answering all my questions and making for a pleasant shopping experience. Can't wait for the sectional to arrive!

Barbara Brain at Sofa Land South Common was amazing! She listened to our requests, made great recommendations and found us our new sofa with in our budget! We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Fantastic customer service and a great shopping experience!

I had very good experience purchasing a sectional from this Sofaland. Barbara Brain was my salesperson and she was great. I told her what I wanted, she showed me the options and I purchased the sectional that day. She gave me assistance where I needed it and wasn't pushy or aggressive. This location offers FREE curbside delivery and my new sectional would have arrived in 4 days, but I borrowed a truck and picked it up myself. The fellow in the loading dock was AMAZING and helped lots. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this location.
