I had to write a review about Celine and give her the credit she deserves. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a really long time. As a new mother without a clue on strollers/travel systems she was SO helpful and spent so much time with me explaining every little detail and she was so patient and kind on top of being so knowledgeable. We ended up finding exactly what we were looking for. Thank you so much Celine ! If I could give 10 stars I would.

The customer service at the West Edmonton Mall location is absolutely amazing! Even if you live on the south side and the South Common location is closer to you, make the trip to West Ed. It is SO worth it. We have gone to both locations and I am just amazed how different and sooo much better the customer service is at West Ed. I am a first time mom, so there is lots to figure out still. I have had 2 different times of deciding and trying out stroller and both times had amazing help from the Staff. Celine helped us out to finish out our registry and has been so great to work with and ask questions to. She really made our experience. But its not just one employee, we literally at one point had 5 different employees helping us out. They were even willing to send us to a different store because they didn't have one of the bigger ticket items in stock. They were willing to send us there so we could get what we wanted. Simply said... AMAZING customer service. I will make all of my buy buy baby purchases at that location even though we are closer to south common. It is sooo worth the drive! Recommend it anyone.

Worst customer service ever! Apparently only 1 person is trained to start a baby registry for you. Total waste of time.

Everytime I have visited this store, each store rep. has been extremely helpful. We shopped here twice looking for strollers and the clerks were so helpful and knowledgeable, they spent more than an hour with us each time, same for car seats. When I needed things after delivering our baby I was able to call the store and tell the clerk what I needed. She shopped with me on the phone and provided so much extra help to get us what we needed when I couldnt come to the store to shop myself. She then had everything ready for my partner to pick up at the counter. Excellent customer service, and excellent expert advice for product. I will continue to go here for things we need.
