We spent 2.5 hrs in there. The staff member that helped us was very patient and helpful.. we were looking for a certain type of furniture, even the manager got involved in our order,which to me showed great customer service skills. I would definitely go back there for again. Prices are reasonable and quality is way better then others competitors like Leon's,Brick..

Was shopping for a living room set, couch and chair or perhaps sectional. Had a sales rep named Jason who was very helpful but not pushy. There when we needed someone to ask questions at and gave us our space to peruse their products. Which by the way are superrrr comfy! We got a great deal and very satisfied. Will return for future purchases for the home.

My last few furniture purchases have been from Ashley's. Great selection, quality and prices. I am amending my review due to no delivery of furniture. Someone called to schedule a delivery. I booked the day off because they don't give times for delivery. The day it was to be delivered no one showed up. I called and they said the appointment was canceled. I asked why and they think it was never scheduled originally. They won't schedule evening deliveries either. You are at the mercy of their schedule. I just canceled the order all together because I couldn't take another day off from work.

Worst experience ever! I bought a sofa online and when checking out it just mentioned I would have free delivery (as it was above $250, sofa price was $525) so I thought that was great even though it was weeks away. 1) The "shipping and delivery" was only until your door and when I called to ask why it doesn't say anything during checkout, the woman said that if I wanted it delivered inside my apartment I had to pay more. Nowhere did it say or gave the option to "upgrade" the delivery, otherwise I would have done that as I live alone. When I was telling this to her, she hung up!! Talk about customer service!! 2) The 2 guys delivering had a horrible attitude, looked tired and were rude. When I was heading outside of my building to meet them, there was only one guy and he dropped my sofa when trying to put in on the dolly, a neighbour coming out ran to try to catch it but failed. 3) After asking a couple of neighbours for help, I was about to install the legs and I found there were no holes in the wood to put them in. I contacted them and after two customer service representatives with terrible attitude as well, they just said someone would contact me when they had a date to send a technician. 4) The next day I called them and explained what had happened and that I was not given a complaint file number or anything to follow up. The guy on the phone proceeds to say I was scheduled for January 21st (literally 33 days from the day I was calling) to have a technician come to my apartment to install the legs! This was the first and last time I ever buy anything from them! The sofa is nice BUT it's not worth the headaches and the horrible attitude I got from every single person (delivery guys, phone, chat) I talked to!! Do not buy anything from them and save yourselves some headache. PS. Same sofa I got a month ago is $200 more expensive now.

This location was fantastic to deal with. My husband and I walked in looking for a table, the sales man was excellent. He gave us the information and help we needed without pressuring us to buy anything. We left super happy with our new kitchen table set! We’ll definitely continue to furnish our home from this store, 5 stars from us!
