Canmore Museum

Great place to learn about Canmore's history

Beautiful little place, the lady working the museum was very nice. She stayed a little later so we could see the little exhibit. And they have local art in the gift shop, which I always appreciate.

Interesting for a Museum in a small town.

On a day when the weather was cold, we stopped in to learn about the local history and geography. The museum gave us a great picture of the fortitude and determination of it's early settlers. It's collections are impressive. I am glad we visited.

Smaller than I thought but meant I could spend time reading everything. Reasonably priced gift shop too. I bought some art for $35!
