Found the staff in building inspections and safety dept difficult to deal with. I have issues with a home build I had done in 2016 and found out I have no occupancy permit for the home. They now want to come in and conduct a final inspection with the builder over 3 years after the fact. This is extremely alarming to me as a citizen paying taxes to live here. I have no confidence at all with all involved who work in that office, top to bottom.

Cool town however they really have to do something about all the excessive vehicle noise, its ridiculous. I reluctantly called once to ask if they could get some enforcement out, I was told If I could get the license plate they would look into it. How can I get the license plate of the selfish people driving up and down the road all day, its not like its one or two people. Enforce the noise laws and make some money.

Customer service is very poor in the utilities department, lack of care and professionalism.
