We have three salt water tanks and ordered from Great White Reefs for the first time last week. First the customer service was amazing. They were responsive and customer focused. Second the products, in our case 12 corals, were excellent. They exceeded expectations in terms of size and quality. Third, they are extremely careful and professional in their shipping. We live 300 km away and they arranged next day FedEx delivery. The corals were places in salt water with protective casings and in individual plastic bags. They were placed in an insulated box and then a sturdy cardboard box. They have been in our tanks for three days now and are doing fine. I can honestly say this is one company that under promises and over delivers. Customer service, quality, and value..covered all three with five stars out of five.
This is a great place to buy coral. I’m just getting into the salt water hobby and the first corals I bought was from GWR. I had tons of questions and he took his time and answered all of them. Customer service and quality of product is 5/5

My tank is filled with coral from GWR. The quality of the corals are fantastic! GWR does a great job raising these corals and will continue to buy from them till My tanks are full🤣. Good prices, great quality and even better service!!
Owner is friendly, have a nice clean tank and lots of healthy coral to choose from it, keep me coming back to buy those beautiful coral that he has. Very satisfied in every coral that i bought. buying more next time i visit. Cheers
