Good value, and well-sanitized environment! Used to visit a lot before COVID. Trust me, they have the unbeatable sound system for sure, much much better than other karaoke places!

The rooms have extremely nice decor and the bigger rooms have a mic stand you can use to sing to your friends. There are TVs on the front and back of the room. The prices are on the higher end but they have a good deal on their all you can sing from 2-6pm.

Lol this place is a joke. Shamelessly forces you to tip them for their "service" of directing you to a room. We didn't order drinks since we went during the afternoon, so what exactly are we tipping for? Room wasn't air conditioned so it got stuffy fast, there were used tissues left near the seats, and barely any new English songs available. Good thing karaoke places are plentiful in Richmond. Won't be going back here.

best karaoke in terms of quality of mics/ sound system, service, and room layout. I LOVE that there are two screens in each room- one in front and one in the back. Some of the larger rooms even have a mic stand which is a nice touch! clean and spotless washrooms which are unheard of in a karaoke place. I only wish they started serving bubble tea drinks. unfortunately they only have two small rooms designed for 1-3 people so often during peak times I have to get a medium room instead if I'm only with a few friends... which means $$$. They are already a price point above most other karaoke places but this ends up being almost double of what I'd spend normally. I love karaoke though, so worth it for me !
