This place has very friendly staff. Pre Covid, we would go in for various pet needs, the regular staff were willing to let us see the ferrets or something in the reptile department. We really appreciate that and think it is helpful for animals to be socialized prior to people buying them. I also get crickets from here from time to time and am very specific as I have a micro gecko. All of the staff who have helped me-especially one girl with long brown hair- willingly take the time to pick out the smallest ones for me.

Last wednesday was the first and last time we visit this store. Yes, they have wide variety of products. Yes, they got unhappy fishes. Yes, there are some "friendly" and helpful staffs but there is this EMILY who rolls her eye and shakes her head when my husband said Thank you as he exits the store. And I won't dare to forget it. Please remember, NOT all people who enters the store are expected to BUY something. Like us, we are planning to set up aquariums and thus canvassing is needed for what we had on mind. Lastly, does our kids bother you? Then, this store is not kid-friendly.

It would be nice if they followed the hours that they have on there sighn and on there web sight. Instead of closing when ever they feel like it. Must remember to call there and see if they are going to be there before driving over.

Great Clean location! Everyone staff member was busy doing something productive,but still had someone asking if we needed assistance with 1 minute of walking through the doors! Glad the African Grey parrots weren't for sale,because my wife would have bought one for sure Haha!

This is the BEST store ever!! The staff are patient, helpful and kind. I'm on hold with Hunter for an answer about dog food, and other staff members are checking in on the flashing hold button to make sure someone isn't on hold too long 😁 Pleasant, professional and organized with lots of choices for your cherished animals. Love you guys!! 💙💛💜💚
