The Endure team are true professionals who listen to me as a customer and walked me through my electrical Ideas and needs. When they showed up on site, they worked diligently, answered all my questions and worked with me as we changed a few times. I have never seen an electrical contractor cleanup the site so well. My house is outside of Calgary and often this leads to struggles when hiring a contractor. They showed up when they said they would and the guys were very polite! The electrical inspector said the job was above and beyond what he is accustom to seeing and was very pleased at the quality of work. From design to installation and assistance with Do It Yourself items, I would highly recommend Endure Electric as they have exceeded my expectations and truly believe in the value of great customer service.

They were hired through my contractor just over 2 years ago to redo all the electrical in my 10,000 shop that I was building, they were very professional, and charged me a good price, the only problem was after the work was completed and they got paid, when stuff started to break down they refuse to come back and warranty their work, the led light fixtures in my shop started burning out after a year and the camera system they installed lasted less than that. No one would return my calls to help me rectify the problems and when I finally did get ahold of Alan he refused to do anything about it said he doesn’t deal with the manufacture of the lighting company anymore and refuses to send someone out to fix the cameras. Horrible customer service would never recommend them to anyone

We had an excellent experience with Endure Electric. We hired them to install a charging station for our new electric car. The technician was on-time, professional, efficient. He also made certain that everything was working, tested thoroughly and that we understood how to use the charger and corresponding app before he left. We will definitely call Endure again for any electrical concerns.
