Staying at a beautiful AirBnB in Sidney that has an aquarium in the lobby. For three days we have watched a fish in distress at the surface of the water, getting pecked at by other fish, and eventually dying. Now it's just a carcass hanging in the water, and there's another dead one floating nearby. A third one is looking not too hot either. Repeated text messages to Christopher have been ignored. This is so wrong on so many levels. (On seeing your reply -- fair enough. I suggest that the card attached to the tank should give the contact number of the building manager or strata council so we can encourage them to pay for an unscheduled visit. It is very disturbing to watch something suffering.)

Excellent service by Chris and his team for our small business. Very friendly and willing to be flexible with our strict covid guidelines. Highly recommend Chris at Out of the Blue Creations!
