Highly recommend. I am a long term customer. I'm on the mainland & recently ordered a bouquet of gerbera daisy's for my Mother in law for Mother's Day. The florist was delivering flowers into the evening; and the order was exact to the picture I selected. Better yet...a week & a half later; the flowers still look beautiful. Great work. I am amazed at how professional the whole experience was.

The best florist in the island! Would choose this any day. They have fresh flowers which are really well done and anyone would fall in love with it! The service is amazing as well!

I would never recommend using this floral company as a service. They are rude, and choose not to rectify an issue that they caused. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, called to confirm later in the day they were being sent out. They confirmed that my flowers were going out, only for my mother not to receive them. Then they blamed me for my credit card being declined, which they failed to mention on the phone when I originally called which is also a lie as I did not even order on a credit card. They also assumed a personal relationship that was never mentioned. What a pathetic way to rectify a mistake on your own account. Attached are the emails of how this company responds to service mistakes they make. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shameful.

On August 8th, 2020 I ordered a premium pink large hydrangea potted plant (my mother’s favourite flower) for same day delivery service. I paid 65$ for the larger premium plant, and an extra 20$ for the delivery. They delivered a completely different plant some type of jungle species without flowers that looked like it had be dragged out of a dumpster. I called to let them know of their error and was met with the most heinous attitude and service I have ever experienced as a customer. The woman on the line said they called to let me know yesterday about the plant switch....I asked if they spoke to me? Obviously the answer was no, as this is the first conversation I had with them over the phone. I explained the problem as well as the importance of the plant as my mother had just had spinal surgery and the plant I order was her favourite. I asked them to pick up the plant from her house as this was nothing close to what I had ordered or what was pictured online. I told them I would order something else of the same value from them. They told me that my mother who has just had spinal surgery would have to come into their store to make the exchange...I asked them if they could please pick it up since I paid 20$ for delivery. Again they refused, this time telling me they are not working today Sunday (No problem, but why did you answer the phone if you cannot serve customers?) to which I responded an exchange would be fine on Monday if she is not working today...she dismissed my request and told me to figure it out myself. I told them if they were not willing to help me find a solution to the problem I would have no choice but to call visa and file a claim. Rather than trying to find a solution, they proceeded to hang up on me. Do not work with this company they do not deliver what they promise and their plants look like they were dug out of the garbage, they are liars, and make it seem like somehow you are inconveniencing them even when you’ve paid 95$ for a product/service.

Ordered flowers for mother-in-law’s birthday. Received confirmation order was to be delivered. Checked via phone they would be delivered where they confirmed. When after receiving no confirmation of delivery after 8 PM I had to call for a second time, only to be insulted by the owner. This company displayed no empathy that they ruined my attempt to make my mother feel special on her birthday. There are tons of quality shops in the Victoria area that would love your business. Do not waste your money and time dealing with this pathetic excuse of a company.
