Saturday morning and barely any staff on. I was in line with 5 items. Staff member directs people not in line to go to customer service. Thanks! I left my 5 items in the cart in line and went to the Root Cellar. You know what makes lines go faster? Stop directing traffic and jump on a till!

Awesome service fresh produce and bakery is amazing

Major change in processing clients from 1 week ago. Very long lines and wait time to pay for groceries. Personal safety was not enhanced. Was this good for store employees?

This story is full of wonderful amazing staff that are willing to help you and go above and beyond their duties to make sure you get what you want. And it's always nice to walk into a store and be greeted and see smiles on peoples faces

Good store. Fairly clean and most of the staff do a great job and are masked up. That being said. They seem to be understaffed, creating herds at the check out, not great during a pandemic. Also the "shared entrance/exit" only 1 open door to the building is terrible. You are forcing people into a choke point coming and going. You have 2 doors, use one for the entrance and one for the exit. Staff them and get some new and easy to follow signage, not rocket science. Will be happy to change this review to 5 stars, once Thrifty's corrects this dangerous policy.
