Construction is making the store chaotic but employees are doing the best they can

Love this store!! They go above and beyond for their customers. I especially feel grateful to them since covid as they are delivering to our aging population and take extra precautions to keep them safe.

Nice staff. Lots of good vegetarian options. Deli has good panini sandwiches. Needs more fresh-squeezed juice. Nice return policy.

Everything is fine, but the cashier had a dry cough. In this environment I would expect her to not have been working at a customer facing position. I understand that people have to work, and they are likely to not be paid if they are taking time off for illness, but the company should be doing something proactive to ensure that if an employee might have Covid-19, that they are kept away from the public while also being able to feed themselves and their families or not at risk of losing their jobs. Pay employees if they are sick, especially with such a contagious and deadly disease.

Thriftys would deserve 5 stars if not for their complete lack of desire to compete on price in this market place. However, in exchange for paying their insensitively high prices you get great service, good variety, and the best produce. My problem is that it's a short walk to my local Thriftys but 10 minute drive to the closest Save-On Foods.
