Glo Restaurant + Lounge

Always enjoy our visits to Glo, on our most recent visit my 4 year old son wanted to take his mom for dinner for her birthday. The staff helped make this happen by asking him all the questions they'd have normally asked us, and helping him feel like the little gentleman he is. Our server helped us get a few pictures of him in his suit and everything. Really special night and they did their part and then some! Thank you!

The food was pretty good. There garlic parmesan fries were quite tasty and certainly worth it. I ordered a scallop and prawn pesto pasta. The flavor of the pasta was good but I would have liked to have had more prawns in there especially for the price. The overall price of the food was a little too expensive for what it was so I personally wont go back again but I will say their outdoor seating was really nice and the staff let us take our time there. If I was going there just to have drinks and a nice place outside I would recommend the place.

I was lucky enough to have blue skies and lots of sunshine when I went to Glo. I had to wait approx. 20 min for a table outside, so I recommend reserving in advance. I had the cajun fries and the prawn and scallops pasta - they were both delicious. My bf had the japanese steak but it didn't blow his mind. Great selection of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes. Service was also good. Prices were higher than the average though.

Had a fantastic Birthday meal at Glow last night! The service was awesome the food was fantastic and the Christmas decor was great! And to top it off they even took care of dessert. Thanks for a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back!

I had company visiting from Vancouver. I made a reservation at Glo in advance of their visit. I requested seating with a view - wanting to have an nice atmosphere for myself and guests. Upon arriving we were seated at the very first table as you walk in the dining lounge. I went to speak to the hostess about my advance reservation and seating request. She said they could not honour my request at the time I chose to eat - 7 pm...this made no sense, they new the time when I booked 2 wks before. I felt "lead on"! The food did not make up for the seating. Overall it was disappointing and the food was average.
