McDonald's

The McD's app was having problems when I ordered my food on it last night. I woke up this morning to a second fraudulent charge on my card. I went and spoke to (if my memory serves me correctly) Trinity who is a manager at this location. She was very understanding and promptly offered to refund the amount on to the card. Customer service like this is hard to come by, especially in the fast food industry these days.

Wife mobile ordered from this McD and I went to pick up. The order # could not be found in the system, so my wife screen cap and sent it to me to confirm. This McD employee, a young dude long hair with glasses, saw my picture and he instantly said “no we can’t find this, it’s a screen capt from the other app.. it’s not our app” did he just insult my wife’s intelligence of using a McD app because if he can’t find it in the system so she’s gotta be the stupid one..? Seriously McD.. hire some people who’s a bit more educated and have some common sense to deal with people

I go to this drive through frequently, and there is generally good service here and decently prepared food. But it seems that they forget at least one thing every time I visit. Tonight I ordered a large fries with my meal, and It was basically just the same medium fries in a large box. To boot, the soft drink had almost no flavour. I get that it cant be perfect every time, but when theres a manager on duty, its surprising to get any lack lustre version of what you paid for. Despite the mistakes in my order, Ive rated three stars based on mostly positive experiences.

Wendy is a sweetheart! Very polite and nice. Love the way she interacted with the kid in the car before me.

Mc D is mc D.. can't say much more on that. However I stopped in to try their new spicy chicken burger and was pleasantly surprised they were ACTUALLY spicy. As a spice fan I always raise an eyebrow to a fast foods claim to spicy as it never is. Mc D did spice a little justice today!
