Good Drinks but communication sometimes not great.

Very bad Customer Service i have ever seen at this location. I ordered Taro mash & they made it taro green tea. When i realize that they made a wrong tea I called locations and I was trying to explain to them Asian girl who made a tea started give me an excuse as we need to keep the distance so it could be my mistake what she has repeated the order. And its my job to make sure if the order is right . She started blaming me instead of apologize to me the wrong tea.....when i called to owner to inform him about his staff behaviour and he hang up the phone on me...GOOD LUCK for the business.. i am happy that there will be better Bubbles Tea location will be opening Soon.....PLEASE READ SOME OF THE ANSWERS FROM THE OWNER... HE SEEMS LIKE VERY Arrogant person who doesn’t respect business from the customer

I was a regular. My favorite was the Hokkaido milk tea with bubbles. I like it burning hot and a few times it was served this way. The last couple of times though it had just been warm but yesterday was the worse, lukewarm. They told me they can’t change that, its the « machine ». Since when is tea served lukewarm? That and the fact that I cannot customize the amount of sugar in the drink breaks the deal. And $6 for that? Also since covid, you have to yell your order from the store front door to the cashier being the counter. You are never sure if they hear you correctly (but they did hear me asking for my tea to be « burning hot »). There would be ways to be « covid safe » while being customer friendly. Now, NOTHING is enjoyable from them or their teas. You have lost a customer.

Great service and excellent taste! I love the green milk tea and their new blueberry series. It’s definitely the taste of summer😋
