Nice baristas, orders made accurately and in decent time, distanced in store seats and out

Since they moved across the parking lot the service has tanked. I stand around being ignored, looking at my mobile order sitting on the counter getting cold, while the baristas sit with their backs to me wiping counters.

Yesterday, June 16 at 1:34:59 PM I ordered a Blonde with a splenda and one cookie. I paid, was given my cookie and told my coffee would take 5 minutes, was that okay. I said yes. At this point there were two customers waiting for their orders. At ten and twenty minutes I asked about my order. The clerk making the coffees said sorry she had forgotten about it both times. The third time she offered me a Lattee or a refund. I said I would just prefer my coffee as ordered. Finally at 2:07;00 a guy brought me my coffee and several splenda pouches. While I was waiting 33 minutes there were only about ten people served so the staff was not busy. The worst service I have had anywhere in twenty years.

I like some of the food items but their coffee has been undrinkable since 2009.
