Two men came out to look at my electrical problem. They unscrewed and screwed most of the sockets and switches in the house (sometimes more than once) and left having not found the problem and thus fixing nothing. I received a bill for $330. I called another electrician who found the problem and repaired it which took less time than the others had taken. He said that if he could not fix a problem that he would not charge.
