Incredible customer service We contacted Greenway Carpet Cleaning because we had to move and needed to get our carpets as well as our couch cleaned. They were able to arrange a walkthrough appointment right away, where they told us about the options we had. Lori and Rob were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we felt immediately that we were in capable hands. On our moving day, we had the pleasure of meeting Steve who cleaned our carpets and couch for us. We had to leave our dog in our unit with him and he was so incredibly considerate and just gently moved her around the apartment so that she wouldn't be in his way. We were blown away by the level of customer service and loved the cleaning outcome as well. We are very happy we made the choice to contact Greenway Carpet Cleaning and would highly recommend them to anyone we know! 5 stars all around.

I’m so happy our interior decorator Angela Sawyer recommended Greenway Carpet Cleaning Ltd. to protect our rug. We bought a beautiful expensive carpet so wanted safe and good protection. Rob and Lori are awesome. Very knowledgeable professional and helpful. Not only did our carpet get great protection but they also recommended and brought the best under pad for it. They use a safe micro seal product that is eco friendly and permanent. We recently discovered a stain when removing a log side table which with even some felt pads on the bottom leaked through. I called them and got an immediate response. Rob thinks it may have been linseed oil. Well they came and in no time had the stain gone. It looks perfect. They didn’t even charge me since I had the micro seal protection!!!! They also do furniture as well and did our daughter’s sofa, chair and ottoman. Once protected with Greenway’s micro seal it’s amazing how easy it is to just vacuum away any stains. It’s truly the best service I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Greenway Carpet Cleaning Ltd. I had some of my rugs Microsealed by Greenway, although I was unsure how necessary and how effective it would be. It was done mainly for protection from pet stains. I was not expecting to find out just a couple of weeks later, when my dog vomited on several rugs. It was much easier to get it off the Microsealed rugs. Rob came quickly to clean what I couldn't get off and educated me on how to clean rugs of different materials. Greenway is prompt, efficient and knowledgeable.
