I have used Citrus-O Carpet Cleaners here in Victoria for 10 years at least on a regular basis - every 1-2 years as I have pets.. They never disappoint. The technicians are always punctual, professional and personable. The technician who came last week was on time, and obviously well trained. He was helpful and did a really fine job. The carpets look new again. They are probably not the cheapest outfit in town, but in the world of carpet cleaning, you get what you pay for. This product is pet friendly, safe with way less chemicals, and smells great - yes citrusy. My carpets were dry by bedtime. I will continue to use them and recommend them. I agree with the previous writer - give the cleaner a tip. He has worked hard.

We are extremley pleased with an outstanding job. The tech Mike was very polite , respectful, fast & efficient and he removed spiots & stains that no other cleaners could or ever did.. Our carpets have never looked or been so clean in years. We are not only telling our friends & neighbours but recommend they try Citrus-O . They too will be very pleased .

Easy set up. I wax out of town and they were able to accommodate my request. Technician called before arrival and easily understood instructions. Have used in the past and will use again

Was extremely satisfied with the service. They were on time and did an excellent job and managed to remove some very old stains in our carpet! Thank you so much!

We booked citrus carpet cleaning to do our carpets before moving out of our rental, as recommended by our landlord who uses them regularly. We had them booked for 9-10am and they never showed up. After spending some time trying to contact them we finally got through and were told that they made a mistake. The owner then gave my wife the number for his tech and told us to reorganise it with him. We told him it was up to him to sort it out, he then came back to us and tried to tell us that we had booked for the next day, going back on his word and trying to make out that we had made the mistake. Unbelievably unprofessional, avoided replying to my messages, don't book with these people if you value reliability. Cost me a morning of work and didn't give any solution.
