Brought in 2 pieces of clothing to have the holes patched. They were fast and did a great job.
When you drop off your stuff they'll let you know when it'll be done by. They won't call you so make sure you put that in your calender. Probably saves them time from calling people all day and keeps their prices low.
Price was better then expected. Happy that I patched my sweater and Jeans vs buying new ones.
Looking forward to using them in the future for all my dry cleaning needs.
They don't call you when your stuff is ready they just assume you'll drop in when you think its done, also their website says its open till 6 but they close at 430:)
I drive from Metchosin to Imperial cleaners for years and am very happy with their service.
Worst dry cleaning service ever. I dropped my suit for dry cleaning and they ripped the ham and when I asked to fix it she said we would have to charge you. She commented that it could have happened because my suit must be old. It was a new suit that I bought it 2 weeks ago. Worst customer experience ever.
