I can't say enough about Luv-A-Rug! I have been taking my rugs there for years. The service has always been outstanding - something that I cannot say about some other businesses that I have dealt with over time. I can count on honesty and on getting my rug back in absolutely beautiful condition. I have taken 2 rugs to Luv-A-Rug in the last couple of years. One was an old Afghan war rug that my husband and I had purchased overseas many years ago. It definitely was in need of a clean, especially the fringe, and of repair along the edges. Dusty warned me that they might not be able to get the light-coloured fringe totally back to its original colour as it was quite stained. When I went to pick up the rug, I was really impressed. The fringe looked beautiful and the repair done on the edges was awesome. Looking at it made me remember why we had purchased it in the first place. It was gorgeous then and every bit as gorgeous again!!

I have to say that Dusty was very accommodating in taking care of my area rug cleaning. I came to his business on a day they were closed (my mistake), but the door was open with Dusty there and he excepted me in as if he was open. When I came back to pick up the rug (earlier than promised) a few days later, I was a little late past his open hours and again Dusty was happy to help and got me taken care of. Great service, great quality of work as my carpet is noticeably cleaner and feels, once again, soft to the touch. Can't say enough good things!

Exceptional service and knowledgeable at an exceptional price. My mother contacted Dusty for a quote on cleaning 5 Persian area rugs that hadn’t been cleaned in almost 40 years. Not only was his quote extremely reasonable, he was very knowledgeable about the various types of rugs and provided a very reasonable turnaround time on the service. He offered free pickup and return which served her well given her mobility restrictions. The rugs came back in exceptional condition. Like new! Almost didn’t recognize one that had been in a high traffic area for 40 years. So pleased with the results and highly recommend Dusty and his team for any rug cleaning services!
