Dri-Way Carpet & Upholstery Care

We just had our living room area rug cleaned by Dri-Way. They did an awesome job as usual but I wanted to mention their new service in these COVID times. They contacted us as a returning customer and offered to clean our area rug in our home and listed all the great safety protocols that they use. They also offered an alternative service to have our rug picked up and delivered from our home They provided a great shipping package dropped off in our mailbox with instructions on how to package our rug for pick up. The courier came and got it. When the rug was cleaned and refreshed it came back well protected in similar shipping packaging. Such a great local company!

Extremely happy with my area rugs and sofa. After they were cleaned they looked brand new. Its been over a month since they were cleaned and there hasn't been any stains resurfaced. Nathan responds in a timely fashion and is very accommodating. Will highly recommend him and will use him again. Thank you Nathan 🙂

Best experience I've ever had with carpet cleaning. We have full carpet in our apartment and get it professionally cleaned every year. We used a different business the last 2 years and they weren't able to get any of the stains out of our carpets. This year, we decided to spend a little bit more money and go with Dri-Way. MONEY WELL SPENT. 3 years of stains that we never thought would come out GONE. Our carpets look brand new - and they are NOT! We will book again and will happily recommend Dri-Way to everyone we know. Thanks for the great service!

I needed service on short notice, and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Even better, I could walk on the carpet immediately after, which was so convenient!

My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. They were very prompt at getting back to me, we were able to set up an appointment very quickly, they did an excellent job of my carpets... I honestly wasn't sure they could be saved but they look amazing. We were also able to communicate via text which sped up communications and was much appreciated. I was given updates during the actually cleaning and an update when the work was complete. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.
