McDonald's

I just spent $27 for a 4 pack of cold nuggets, which was supposed to be 6, 2 sides of ice cold fries which I specifically asked for fresh (was told at the window that they were fresh). A quarter pounder with cheese when I asked without cheese & a really cold "hot" apple pie. This seems to pass for good service, as it's not the first time this has happened at this restaurant. I think I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere from now on

This is the best McDonald's in all the land. The staff are stellar. The woman who took the order is easy-going, professional and personable. The woman who gave me the meal is amazing. I've seen her before and she's an absolute gem. They must have great management here because the happiness of the staff appears authentic, not forced or fake. (I drove past that 'other coffee shop/food place' in Ladysmith because they served regurgitated beaver barf, don't clean or wear masks properly). The food quality here? Breakfast fresh, piping hot and delicious. Perfect coffee. They are doing everything right here. The entire team deserves to be commended.

Have had my complaints about this particular take out, but honestly things seem a lot better now. Better food, less errors and all around improvement. Chicken burger (chefs) are amazing now. Thanks!

My husband likes their mocha...when its made right. One day we went back 3 ir four times for them to fix the same coffee..the next day the manager stated before we ordered that she would not" be replacing it more then once..so my husband said" make it right the first time. Always grouse food, service is usually not friendly . And complaining dose nothing
