In a word, the Director Karscen Reichhart at Cremation Direct was fantastic. My father was taken care of in a highly professional, yet very personable way. As well, all of our requests were provided in a timely and accurate manner. Not to mention the fees paid were the lowest to my knowledge, compared to other providers. An excellent experience during a hectic and stressful time.

I can't thank Cremation Direct enough for the support, kindness and direction that was given after my mom passed. Karscen and his team of compassionate professionals gently guided me through from start to finish. I felt confident and relieved knowing we picked the right place for my mom.
