Advertised $15 for a 2lb lobster on Chinese radio but when we got there, they said you need to spend $100 minimum. Very misleading. Wasted our gas and money to drive from Vancouver, so we just ended up having regular dim sum there. I guess the misleading advertisement was just to get people into their restaurant. I give them a C- for social distance preparations. They gated the front entrance with a scanner for fevers before you can get in. But that was where good efforts ended. Tables were reasonably social distanced in the middle except for tables at the back of the restaurants where we were seated. We had a table of 3 came to sit at the table next to us but the tables weren't even 2m apart. The far back tables were the bigger round dinner tables that could seat between 4 to 6 people. By default, this table had 4 chairs with 2 chairs front and 2 chairs back. It was bad enough that we felt the tables were not 2m apart. It got worst when one of the individuals decided to move his chair from the default position to the very left side of their table, with his back facing directly to our table. I could literally extend my arm and tap his shoulder if I wanted to. Then we could smell the fragrance in his hair as he kept brushing his grey hair back with his finger. Now because the party had someone sitting on the side, the other 2 individuals who sat together started talking out loud in his direction which wasn't far from us too. Finally after 10min of staffs just standing around doing nothing, I flagged someone over and he finally realized the problem and moved our table further away.

Great dim sum selection, price on point and very affordable. Service is good and clean. Only one thing would perfect 5 🌟 is Parking. Big parking lot due to sharing with other businesses parking is usually full.

The food here is great like the old traditional dim sum place. All dishes taste good and I have nothing to complain about. Other dim sum restaurant always have one or two dish that is not to the expectations. So far we ordered 6 dishes and all came out very good. Taste good and price is decent nowadays in Richmond’s dim sum. The steamed porks shiu-mai with truffle are quite big in portion compare to other restaurants. Also the steamed prawn dumplings are big too. Overall I would highly recommend this place for dim sum. Another option if you are visiting Richmond or looking for another dim sum place to try. I would try other dishes next time to have updates of those as well. There are 20% off for orders placed before 11am and 10% off for orders placed after 11am. Very good deal!

People say this place is for old and elderly people. I say this place is good for everyone. The steamed sticky rice in leaf is a great fulfilling must have item in the morning. The deep fried egg plant shrimp is nothing fancy but they do egg plant RIGHT! Not greasy and keeping a nice purple colour. I am a light eater, so to end a delicious meal I almost always order the little pot of rice with spareribs and sausage to keep my stomach happy. For the sweet tooth, deep fried sesame ball is a perfect pair with chrysanthemums tea.

Came here to dim sum out of curiosity, surprisingly it wasn't that busy and we were able to find a seat even the tables were far apart. The selections of the dim sum are quite extensive. We ordered 13 dishes, they came promptly and served steamy hot. The tastes of the food were average quality from a Chinese dim sum restaurants in Vancouver (which should be quite good to most people), and I want able to recall if any particular dishes were better. We found a few dishes were not great. Food has MSG as I could taste it. Service wise they were great, water were filled and dishes were picked up.
