Such a rip off, we ordered Seafood Palabok to go, but what we got is just 3 small shrimp on top of Palabok noodles and the Palabok is not enough taste of the actual sauce. I've been to kumare at joyce they have more tastier Palabok than the Palabok in richmond location. Not only that the price of the Palabok is way cheaper than the richmond location but it's only one owner...Richmond Palabok is $17.30 and at joyce is $12.35 .. the staff at joyce locaton has more customer services skills than richmond location as well. Never again coming at this location letting all my friends knows as well.

ZERO STARS! I used to like this restaurant and had been bringing friends and family for get together - but the last three times we went - had been the worst! The server takes your order and then that is it. We had to get up and ask for drinks! The food is not as good as the previous times either - but we thought - maybe they have a new cook! At both times it was not a small order - We ordered to eat in and then take out as well - the price does not matter - but the service was so bad despite us giving a big tip! No one was polite or courteous or anything at both times! Shame for Filipinos to be known as "polite and nice people". Then, I still did not give up! I came back to order take out! Wow! No hello! welcome to the restaurant, etc. etc. They just stare until I gave them my order and paid. At the time of pick up - they shove the order in the counter - no thank you, no politeness etc. I am glad I did not give a big tip! Never - ever, ever - will go there nor recommend this place! Such a big disappointment. Goodbye Kumare! Lastly - I do hope the management reads these restaurant reviews as there's quite a few negatives here. Your service and hospitality needs improvement!

I Ordered pinakbet, and there was only three tiny thin Slices of bitter melon. Lots of squash and green bean tho, also it taste good, but need to add more ampalaya, or make the ingredients equal in portion. Don't just add the cheap ingredients, to be fair with the price and to your quantity.

We were kicked out an hour before closing. Why even take our orders for dine-in if you're not going to let us finish our food? (this is Oct 21, 2020) We ordered at 6 pm, got our food at 6:30 and told us they're closing at 7 when the hours on the door and the website say 8. Also a friend ordered pork hopia for take out but found out when he got home that they forgot to include it in the take out bag. The receipt says he paid for it so it's not like they didn't take the order by mistake. Get your sh*t together kumare. It's not the first time you've done this. I dunno why I even come back. I'm so done with you.
