A hidden gem? Yes, it’s hidden inside a side road surrounded by constructions and it’s hidden on the ground floor inside a concrete medium height building, but not a gem! The food offered is as ordinarily delicious as other Chinese dim sum restaurants, and no distinct items of its own. Parking is ok - it has its own designated parking stalls in the building’s parking area. Credit card is acceptable, but cash is the king - free tea if paid by bills!

Had dim sum on Saturday with my dad and my niece. Overall we were not impressed. The har gow were tiny and we are pretty sure frozen and not fresh. The sticky rice wraps were small and mostly mushrooms and some unidentifiable meat. We were charged for 2 plates of bbq pork buns instead of the one plate we ordered. The egg tarts were very good. Definitely would not go there again considering the many great dim sum places in Richmond and Vancouver.

Chinese (Cantonese) culinary experience. On the pricey side but commensurate with quality of food.
