Burger King

Food was good, however the service is not great. Staff aren't usually the quickest but I assume they're trying their best. However sometimes i get staff that are bad and do not want to take orders or anything. I came in one day to get some food and I was in line for about 10 minutes. Not that bad I've been in longer lines. However the staff members were just doing something in the back and none of them came out to take orders. Then after around 5 people are now in queue, they start taking orders. Then while making an order one of the staff pulls out their phone to take a picture of an order. Overall, decent location and decent speed.

This Burger King is the worst. The employees run the hours depending how on they feel, they "forget" to put on or even change gloves and they never seem to open on time in the morning , then say they don't serve breakfast and they close way before the hours listed on the door. Employees definitely need more training especially the manager. I get Fast Food isn't going to take seconds but unless you are wanting to wait 20 mins in line without having your order taken until they feel like it and another 15 on top to get the order it might be worth driving to another location.

Food was absolutely amazing. I had to wait a little bit to order because there was only one person working but it was definitely worth it. The burger was very fresh as well as the fries that I had with them. Great experience.

I have been a big fan of Burger King. I got there this morning and ordered combo; at that time, there were two girls. They had endless chat and making customer to wait til they want to serve. One of the girls murmur to customer and just left before customer answer; it was such a bad experience that the staff whispers and doesn’t give a second for customer to say something.The combo packaging was horrible with bad facial expressions. It seems the girl doesn’t wanna work at all and someone force her to work. Isnt she paid? Where the attitude comes from? She ruin my Saturday morning.

Worst Burger King service I ever experienced. Employees really need to retrain and learn how to provide a minimum level of customer service.
