Our tax expert Harpreet was sweet, professional and knowledgeable. She had to do some research for us and kept us informed. She also had our paperwork prepared when we returned and met with David which was as exceptional and helpful as the rest of the staff. Thank you!

Worst place to get taxes filed, they know nothing about exemptions and rebates you can have, contacted my CA in Toronto and he explained and show some ways to save taxes.

I was really disappointed with this location. Online it said they did US returns so I made an appointment, when I came in they told me the tax expert I was booked to meet with was not in that day and that they don't do US returns. Their schedule showed that my appointment wasn't until the next day, my confirmation email reflected the day and time I had booked. Don't trust the website, I'd recommend calling in to book an appointment or get any info about specific locations...

I recently went in here with my wife to try and get our taxes buttoned up. Granted, we were a little more difficult than some, seeing as how I am a PR. However, they had no professionalism, or communication. They made it seem like we were going to be a very hard customer to assist, as soon as we walked in. Then, after we got finished with the actual filing (which actually seemed to be quite simple), the person helping us couldn't answer any questions we had. Overall, it was a very bad experience. We will undoubtedly never return to this location. Very good chance that we never return to any H&R Block, after this negative experience.
