Look out for the short chubby Eastern Indian lady there. Bad service, horrible horrible attitude. I've been in this office couple of times. The first time a white lady helped us and she went above and beyond and was super nice and very helpful. Extremely patient and pleasant. Also a Chinese lady there was extremely nice, patient, compassionate and helpful. Second time I went there, a short chubby Eastern Indian lady with with a pot belly gave me attitude from the very beginning (I want to describe her so other people can watch out and avoid her). Her tone was impatient and abrasive, then she started interrogating me. She started arguing with me like we are a couple or something, hanging on my every word and started being very accusative. I was there simply looking for some information and little bit help. She's full of drama and wanted to start a fight, really combative and offensive at times. Worst experience ever! This is a service department funded by us tax payers. Instead of providing tax payers the service they seek, this lady acted really unprofessionally and was really unpleasant.
