Support local! I had a great experience at this little shop. The owner was extremely helpful and kind in helping me pick out a plant for my wife. They have a beautiful selection of plants and lots of Christmas stuff too. Their flower arrangements looked very nice as well. I would recommend to anyone for floral needs.

I had the exact same problem as the review before this one. I ordered on line based on the photo they show. What was received was not even close other than the color. After trying to come to a solution with the owner, I found her taking no responsibility and placing blame on others for the issues with the flowers. The "upgraded" roses were bruised and the bouquet was filled with greenery as filler instead of a full bouquet of flowers that was ordered. After every excuse she gave me, she still refused to offer a refund on a very overpriced bouquet by trying to justify the issues. Her level of customer service was pathetic. Don't ever order from this place. Edited***As there is no way of responding to the owner's response, I have edited my original complaint to add in my answer to her. Here it goes! Dear shop owner, your response to my concern is an outright lie! How dare you change our original issue to make it look like I did something wrong. You were very aware of that the photos taken of the flowers were taken within an hour of their delivery. I was the one that pointed out to you that the roses were bruised. You make it sound like you were doing me a favor. You have contradicted yourself a few times now. The only reason I waited a few days to phone you with my concerns was that the order was delivered at the end of day Saturday when they were to be delivered Sat morning. I arrived home from work after you were closed for the day and then I was not going to call you out of respect on Mother's Day as I knew you were busy. I worked a 12 hour day on Monday and then Tuesday was the first time I had to call. In your typical fashion, you are twisting things to make yourself sound like you actually care about your customers. At no point have I ever asked for a cash refund and you know that. I simply asked for a partial refund back on my credit card to compensate for the issues (more than one) that I had. This situation is beyond ridiculous now and your lack of responsibility has proven why people should avoid your shop. The majority of your work is no doubt good, but when you have an honest issue like this, you need to learn to deal with it in a professional manner. Your "offer" of a small credit towards a future arrangement is not sufficient. It is apparent in other posts on Google reviews that you have done the same previously to others and seems that you have treated them the same. I truly hope that this is a learning experience for you to help with future issues you undoubtedly will have with future customers, but I will not be one.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Read their two Yelp reviews for a better understanding of the quality of the flowers they send out for delivery, their lack of punctual delivery and the way they ruin surprises if you are planning to have flowers delivered as a surprise gift. NO ELEMENT OF SURPRISE: I received a call mid-afternoon notifying me that I'd be receiving a delivery of flowers, which meant that the lovely surprise my boyfriend had planned was no longer a surprise. They called to ask if my subdivision was gated. They should have asked him when he placed the order or called him when they realized they needed that information so as not to ruin the element of surprise. Two reviews on Yelp presently had the same issue, so this is the way they operate, clearly they just don't care if the delivery is meant to be a surprise. TIMELINESS: My boyfriend asked for a morning delivery because he knew I'd be working from home and had a conference call at 3 p.m. He specifically asked that the flowers be delivered before 3:00 p.m., and he was told it would be delivered before noon. The flowers were delivered at 3:07 p.m. , interrupting the very conference call that my boyfriend had thoughtfully planned around by asking for early delivery. The reviews on Yelp also mention late and cancelled deliveries. POOR QUALITY: Like the reviewers on Yelp who received deliveries, I received poor quality flowers. I counted six unopened miniature rose buds that are closed so tightly that they may not open and if they do open by the time that happens the other flowers will be long dead as half of the remaining flowers look as if I'll be lucky if the "arrangement" lasts two days. As a side note, this is the only delivery of flowers I've ever received in my entire life that did not include a flower food packet. I'm thrilled that my boyfriend was thoughtful in surprising me with flowers. I wanted to post a review here because there is a huge discrepancy between the reviews on Google reviews and Yelp.

We ordered two bouquets for pickup for Mother's Day and both were ready right when we arrived. The customer service we received was amazing! The flowers were stunningly beautiful and have lasted really well!
