I bought a nice laptop a year ago from here, I paid for an extended warranty and monthly warranty as well. Today the laptop smoked and stopped working. I went in to give the laptop over and start the warranty process and was basically pushed out the door because the manager on duty didn't have time to start a ticket. Then proceeded to tell me to call the customer service line to start the ticket. Total neglegance. To top it all off she was the same manager I bought it from a year before and said if there were any issues to come in and have it looked at! Unbelievable. Not impressed.
